How Long Does Ginger Bread Last

morsels with gorgonzola, walnuts and pears

Hello everyone
A good recipe, easy to prepare and perfect for summer coming!
The "Bleu de Bresse " is a cheese like gorgonzola our

I had already made a kouglof of this kind, but of small molds,
are the friendliest and most importantly, more appetizing!

Serve with a salad, for example. Or as an aperitif, perhaps in two versions
,
or picnics, ... the choice is yours!
You can make them with semi-salted butter or salted butter or normal
in this case, add a pinch of salt in the dough.

Here is the recipe, simple as always:

for 5-6 pieces:

  • 1 egg
  • 120 grams of flour half white (or white)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt
  • a beautiful pear
  • 60 grams of walnuts
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 dl milk

resto mescolando delicatamente.

Versare l’impasto nelle vostre molds (from muffins or small cakes).

Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° -190 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

If you use a form to be the biggest cake, the baking time will be longer (approx. 40-45 min).

Take care, watch out for quality!
The low prices are not recommended, a silicone
poor quality is likely to be harmful to health.

What do you think of my new title? You like it?
baciotti to all and good weekend! Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
